ERM Fisioterapia establishes the following cancellation policy for its services:
Cancellations and modifications
- Appointments can be cancelled or modified with a minimum of 24 hours notice at no additional cost.
- In case of cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, a charge of 50% of the cost of the service may be applied.
- Failure to keep an appointment without prior notice will result in full payment for the service booked.
2. Refunds
- In case of cancellations within the established deadline (24 hours in advance), the possibility of rescheduling the appointment or requesting a full refund will be offered.
- No refunds will be made in case of non-attendance without prior notice.
