In order to offer you a quality service and a better organization, we would be grateful if you would take into account the following indications:
Payment of the Appointment:To confirm your reservation, we request that payment be made at least 7 days prior to the agreed date.
2. Changes or cancellations: If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This way, we can reschedule it appropriately and offer that space to another patient who needs it.
3. Non-Filing or late notice: In case of no-show or failure to give the required advance notice, the appointment will be deemed to have been made. Unfortunately, no refunds will be possible. If you have a voucher, one session will be deducted from your voucher.
4. Confirmation of the appointment: We will contact you 48 hours prior to the appointment to confirm and ensure your attendance.
5. Bonds: The vouchers are personal, non-transferable, non-refundable and are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
